All we know is that on June 6, 2022 a mother cat and her two babies were found and brought to FFRC. The two kittens appeared to be only a few weeks old. Bridge appeared to be a little less than 2 years old.
The two kittens (both girls) were named Monty and Winter. They were both adopted July 29th, together. They are happy living their lives together in a loving home.
Bridge has been waiting ever since for her own home.
We don’t know what her life was like prior to June, 2022. But this sweet girl really does not like being surrounded by other cats. She prefers a quiet life. She has basically said over and over ‘please let me be adopted where I can be with my owner and live with love and calmness.’ She also doesn’t seem to be very fond of dogs either. She’s been waiting for that someone special. Someone ‘who gets her’.
Yesterday, her someone, took her home to live life on her terms. She wants love, calmness and a lickety lick per day.
Her patience paid off. After almost 3 years of waiting, Bridge now has her own beginning. She’s now Rosey. She’s now free to be herself. How wonderful is that!
